Preference Toggles (copy for your site)

1) Email Marketing: ON / OFF (default OFF until you opt in)

2) SMS Marketing: ON / OFF (default OFF until you opt in)

3) Analytics Cookies (non-essential): ON / OFF

4) Advertising/Sharing (cross-context): ON / OFF (defaults to OFF if you clicked Do Not Sell or Share)

What Each Toggle Means

• Email/SMS control whether we send promotional messages. Transactional messages (orders, delivery, password resets) will still be sent.
• Analytics helps us understand usage and improve the site. Turning OFF disables non-essential analytics cookies.
• Advertising/Sharing allows ad partners to measure and target ads based on your activity across sites/apps. OFF disables ad pixels or limits them to essential only.

Save/Reset Controls (implementation details)

Buttons: Save Preferences and Reset to Defaults.

On Save: set cookie `everlyric_prefs` as JSON (e.g., `{email:false,sms:false,analytics:false,ads:false}`) with 1-year expiry; enforce preferences before loading non-essential scripts.

On Reset: remove the cookie and reload the page with defaults.

Access, Deletion, or Correction Requests

To request access to your data, deletion, or correction, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. Authorized-agent requests will be honored per applicable state rules.
