How to Report

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright or other IP rights, email a notice to [email protected] with all of the following items.

Required Details for a DMCA Notice

• Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
• The URL or location of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice with: your name, address, phone, and email; identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal district court for your address (or Webb County, Texas if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice; and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
